Sometimes all you need is a quick fix to a minor issue. Other times, the issue you face is more involved and requires considerably more work undertaken. Either way, our per-hour billing rates suit your needs. We will provide you with an estimate of the time for the fix where possible, prior to undertaking the work, and should it become necessary we will keep you informed if you're nearing the limits set. Either way, you're always aware of the costs before the work starts.
Desktop Package Support
Needless to say, most of your work takes place in three or four key packages. Our staff have the experience to be able to support applications used in everyday situations, be they email packages, Word Processors, Spreadsheet Programs, Photo Editing tools, Database Applications, Presentation Packages, or other software. Let us know what you need help with and we will provide it.
Security Support
No matter how cautious and well-prepared you are with your computer systems, you may need to have a virus removed or some data recovered, or there could be some other matter of computer security that is troubling you. Let our consultants know and they will resolve the matter for you quickly, paintlessly and with future safeguards in mind. You're no expert in these matters and to be honest you shouldn't need to be. Trust in people whose expertise is resolving these matters and providing cost-effective solutions to these issues.
Hardware Replacement
Sometimes the computer breaks. It's a machine, after all, and subject to failure as any equipment with moving parts can. If this happens to you, call us and we'll price up the replacement of the part. If you need data recovered at the same time, let us know and we'll factor that into the costs. We operate an open book policy so you'll see your costs upfront before you take the decision to get the work done. We'll schedule a convenient time to come to your office to replace the defective equipment and before we leave we'll make sure you're satisfied with the work. *Data Recovery will have to be undertaken back at our office and the information retrieved returned to you as soon as practical. We only charge for volume of data recovered.
Operating System Support
Our experienced staff are familiar with many common Operating Systems and have plenty of experience troubleshooting and resolving issues in them. Be it Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X, or a Linux distribution, we pride ourselves in being able to provide appropriate responses to technical problems encountered.

Phone / Remote / On-Site Support
Sometimes you need someone to just look over your shoulder, sometimes you need someone at your side, and sometimes they just need to be at the other end of the phone. Remote support will often require at least one site visit to install the necessary software, but we will ensure that you have full control over remote access at all times.
Installation of New Systems

We'll take the information and get you the best price possible and purchase it on your behalf. For a small fee you can then either have it configured at our offices or on-site. Either way, we'll get the equipment to you in a timely manner and ensure it works in your offices before our consultant leaves you.
