Crystal Cruises cancels its calls to Libya. 11th March - Crystal Cruises has cancelled its calls to Tripoli in Libya for its November cruises, and has replaced this with a call to Koper in Solvenia. This news follows the continued political unrest and violence in Libya.
New Zealand asks for UK support following the Christchurch earthquake. 10th March - Tourism New Zealand has asked for support from the UK as it strives to boost tourism to the country following last month's earthquake in Christchurch.
Google launches people finder service after Japan's earthquake and tsunami. 11th March - In response to the devastating earthquake and tsunami that has hit Japan, Google have launched a people finder service to help those looking for Japanese residents and tourists visiting the country.
