Crystal Cruises looks to increase new business. 8th April – TTG Live reports on Crystal Cruises’ Bespoke Campaign for the trade, which is to include increased commission, bonus payments and special events to encourage cruise agents who are new to the cruise line.
Cruise agent makes a £500,000 cruise sale. 7th April – A member of the Elite consortium has booked a cruise holiday worth £500,000. TTG Live reports on this and the recent surge in luxury cruise sales in the UK.
Google to stop updating Street View in Germany. 11th April – Following heavy criticism of its Street View project in Germany and over 250,000 homes and businesses opting out of it, Google has decided not to continue updates in the country.
New widget allows users to keep track of P&O ships. 4th April – Travolution reports on P&O’s new desktop ship tracker widget which allows users to access a wide range of information about its six cruise ships from anywhere in the world.
